The S1's water tank can hold enough water for about 12 cleaning sessions before it has to be cleaned, although it will differ based on how much you use the mop.

Like all 2-in-1 robots, the S1 requires periodic maintenance to ensure that it's operating well. To do this, you'll need to wash the dirty water tank regularly to avoid it from clogging. Also, you'll need to clean the swivel wheels and sensors regularly to prevent them from getting clogged by dirt or dust. But, overall the S1 is simple to maintain, especially compared to other combinations that require more hands-on maintenance.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

This all-in-1 robot cleaner mop and vacuum combo from Ecovacs is a great choice for your cleaning requirements. The robot vacuum is rated at 8,700Pa of suction, and comes with numerous innovative features, including full home mapping, voice control, and smart path-planning to avoid obstructions and cleans furniture. It boasts fantastic cleaning results and hands-free maintenance, making it a clear contender for our top robot vacuum and mop list. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition, and an extended side brush ensure an efficient, customized clean.

The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming and removing large and small particles from both hard floors and carpets. It was able to clean the dirtiest areas of our tests efficiently, avoiding pet hairs and other messes. The sweeping capabilities are augmented by a side brush that extends to reach hard-to-reach corners, and an extendable mop pad that is placed along baseboards.

Its navigation is smart that can navigate small spaces and negotiating stairways without stepping back. It can go from one room to another without having to reverse direction. This is a great feature for homes with a lot of rooms. Its obstacle avoidance system is not as advanced than some competitors However, it tends to leave a wide space around obstacles, which can result in missed spots.

The app's interface is intuitive and well-organized. It should be easy to use by both novice and experienced users. The app allows you to schedule and manage cleaning tasks. You can also alter suction power, mop setting and view 2D and 3-D maps.
