Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the stats of a piece and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations can be applied.

For example, the elite shield of racial violence Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb function in PvP or to add additional defenses on missile based builds in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to roll a purchased item such as a weapon, armor or ring. This allows you to swap the item upgrading for a different one of the same type and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. However, they don't retain the quality of the original item and any resources wasted aren't refunded.

The survivors can get reroll tokens in several ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests, or purchase them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute of a piece of equipment, such as increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Players can reroll equipment in three aspects: physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage of melee and weapons attack and spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

There are three types of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, while rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

In contrast to other special tokens and markers that are placed on Action spaces the reroll marker stays in the space until the next successful result is rerolled. This allows you to not waste upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Stage, and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they display a description and icon for the appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's store will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

In the end, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This affects which blueprints the restaurant's shop sells to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost the quality of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. They are also available to players who sign daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click the "level up" button. The menu will appear that shows the item upgrading's current status and what it will be after being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.

After choosing the item to upgrade, the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he is able to click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be raised in level a certain percentage. The upgrade process can last anywhere from seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is also risk-free and doesn't affect the item's durability. This makes it an ideal way for players to gain a significant advantage in combat without straining their accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new piece of gear.

The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for novice players. There are many ways to acquire these stones. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows you to increase the power of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials, and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will receive an upgraded level. The process will continue until the item reaches its highest level.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments cannot be applied to more than one item at a time. Furthermore, each upgrade component will require a particular amount of items to be added, as well as an initial level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right side, previews show what the gear will look like at its next level. Once a player has enough materials by pressing the yellow arrow, it will start the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of an item will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

When an item reaches its highest level, upgrades are no longer available to it. Once a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that is able to be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to give an extra effect or attribute benefit while the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained through questing or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs which can be replaced and removed at any time.

Requirements

Upgrades to items allow players to boost the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the item type, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

The Upgrade items, mensvault.men, can be slotted into equipment set pieces and weapons for additional effects or to increase the quality item. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying from the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an item, it isn't able to be removed or changed without restriction, however, the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped without restriction.

Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can boost the item's stats.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and gives an additional 20% chance to block. In addition, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Certain items are better off being upgraded less for their increased stats and more because it allows players to gain the most value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by the melee PvP communities and can be worth 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.

The game will highlight the requirements when you select the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

If you've fulfilled the conditions for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will be updated to show how close to completing it. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any upgrader NPC for the item upgrader mod you want to upgrade.
