Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of Robot Vacuum cleaners best vacuums and mops can be customised using a specialized app to save your home's maps, set cleaning schedules and select mopping options. You can also alter the suction power, and how much water your mop consumes.

A mapping feature helps your robot navigate through rooms while an obstacle avoidance function will stop it from hitting wires, furniture or other pet toys. These are essential features to have in my home, which is filled with strewn-about toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the top-of-the-line vacuum and mop, is packed with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and even lift its brushes or mop pads so that soft surfaces don't get wet. It can also see and avoid obstacles, thanks to the ability to identify pet toys, plants and other small objects.

The maximum suction power is 6 000 pascals. This is the highest power of any vacuum we've tested so far. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation to track its location, which prevents it from getting stuck on objects.

The mopping function is impressive, with the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of more than 6 Newtons to the mop pad for deep cleaning. It also comes with mop lifter which lifts the pad automatically when it changes between tile and laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs, to avoid soaking soft surfaces.

Additionally in addition, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying functions. The pad can be used for rinsing and drying in the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. This means that you can set it and forget it, and only need to replace the dust bag or refill the water tank on occasion.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I used it on its normal vac and mop settings for about 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to get power hungry and then return to its base to recharge. This is not far off of the 180 minutes that Roborock claims, and is on par with other hybrids that I've tested.

This is a very complete and robust product, with its only downsides being the fact that it's pricey. The sheer amount of features makes it a great choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We highly recommend this vacuum when you can justify the cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end robot vacuum and mop combination. The price is justified by the powerful features, such as a huge vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mop heads. It comes with an app-enabled smart controller and an advanced obstacle-avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros, which is among the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combinations available. In my tests, it did very well in all areas of the home, removing 98.4 percent of the debris on all floor types and managing to lift long hair without getting caught in. The mops also performed admirably and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational motion and an effective dose of cleaning solution.

The L10S Ultra's most significant highlight is its multi-functional docking station. The docking station emptys the trash bin into a bag for dirt, then refills the tank with water to use for mopping and even dries mop pads. It also features an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and lets you schedule regular cleaning sessions with its intelligent controls.

In contrast to the other hybrid vacuum mops that I tested, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris removal on carpets. The mops of the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing tough stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's high-end features, it still requires regular care and maintenance. Its base station has to be emptied, and the dustbag and water tanks should be cleaned, empty and dried on a regular basis to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to note that the mop pads which are purchased separately, are required to be replaced on a regular basis too.

With the L10S Ultra's pricey cost and robust features I would highly recommend it to anyone who has the money for it. If you're on a budget I suggest a more basic model that will allow you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. Even it were the case that the L10S Ultra was the best robot vacuum that mops vacuum and robotic mop you could find but its price and ongoing maintenance will make it seem more an option than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot hoover vacuum and mop that you require to get rid of messes and get rid of dirt from your hard floors. This powerful robovac/mop combination comes with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power. It also boasts an enormous battery capacity that can be used for mopping and vacuuming. And it is equipped with a top-notch obstacle-avoidance system. It even has mop rollers that clean itself as it moves this makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that require users to return to their base station mid-clean in order to wash off the mop's pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is a departure from the spinning discs and microfibre pads found in other robots. The roller covers the full width of the bot and is continuously supplied with clean, ozonated water from its dock. When it turns the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro dumps dirty mop water into its base station, where it is sucked by the heater elements of the tank and emptied into a larger storage container. The tank onboard holds a good amount of water, and can handle about half a dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

As with most robotic vacuums and mop sets like the S1 Pro is ready to come out from the box. The S1 Pro does need to be filled with clean water. This can be accomplished in the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock, should you prefer the option of using your own cleaner. However, if you do select this option, you'll need to purchase the branded cleaning solution from Eufy which is more expensive than other robot brands that allow users to use their own cleaning products.

The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and efficiency of navigation tests, as did the majority of robots. It was quick to map a room, and it was able to navigate through furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a few times on longer pile carpets and rugs during my testing, but this may be improved as the software is updated. The S1 Pro is a very powerful robot that can be bought at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level vacuum and mop but it does have some impressive features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the robot vacuum reviews's dirtbag and refilling its water tanks, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is done by the dock. The mopping system is able to sweep a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's extreme suction is great for picking up pet hair and other debris that accumulates on carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is dense, and offers a variety of options to customize the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start a full map and clean of everything that is mapped by the device or you can choose specific rooms, expandable zones or even a routine you've created. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It utilizes the sensors on the mop to map the space and determine the most efficient method to clean it.

The Qrevo was a great performer in our tests, just like the other Roborock models that we've evaluated. Its navigation system is reliable it can map rooms quickly and cleaning them in a neat manner. Its 'Normal' pathing setting is excellent at covering a room, with no major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well too, but it's not as sophisticated as the color camera systems found on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect dangers such as carpets with thick padding, but may not be able to detect smaller objects such as electrical wires or rug tassels.

The one glaring flaw of this model is the absence of a mop after vacuum option which could be an issue for those who spend a lot of time vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. There's an easy solution: the app offers a feature that lets you "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. You can use the vacuum's mopping capabilities to remove the last traces and dust that are left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice feature and helps the robot make its clean better than its less expensive competitors.robotic-vacuum-cleaner-cleaning-the-room-while-wom-2024-11-07-13-20-10-utc-min-jpg-original.jpg
