According to the report, Miss Kelly suffered from a number of mental health issues, such as borderline personality disorders, bulimia and anorexia. She also had an addiction history to drugs and had experienced domestic abuse. Her symptoms were exacerbated by stress, anxiety, and depression. She was also diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder and schizophrenia-related disorder.

Elayaperumal claims that Medtronic intentionally discriminated against him because of his race and national origin.
